About Us

The Bloomerang Network (TBN), an initiative by CHMRC, expands our mission to empower communities through resilience and health equity. TBN unites leaders, professionals, and advocates across longevity, public health, and community resilience sectors in a unique collaborative network.

About CHMRC

Founded in 2014, CHMRC has grown from supporting disaster response efforts as a Medical Reserve Corps, to leading community resilience, public health initiatives, and data-driven public health reporting across California. Through our previous flagship initiative, the Solano Community Health Hub, and subsequent initiatives like the Clarkston Resource & Wellness Hub, CHMRC has served as a trusted partner for underserved populations—addressing needs from resource programming to resource distribution.

CHMRC’s model of connecting community-based organizations (CBOs) with essential resources, guidance, and partnerships has enabled us to amplify impact, reaching over 100,000 individuals through health resource programming, resource-sharing, and collaborative community initiatives. As we expand our focus, The Bloomerang Network serves as a digital space to unite public health leaders, community advocates, longevity experts, and innovators to build impactful partnerships and drive meaningful change.

Our Vision for The Bloomerang Network

We envision TBN as a “network of networks”—a virtual hub where leaders, individuals, and organizations come together to land, connect, and collaborate.
